Overall loved the food and cafeteria-style layout. There’re multiple self seating areas inside and out. Weekends have a live band playing

Wanted to go someplace new. Found it on a Google search of Hopewell restaurants. The Farmer’s Cafe is located in a large old garage. Inside there’s a small farm market, a bread bakery and of course the Farmer’s Cafe. For an appetizer we ordered the Chicken Tinga Nachos. They were delicious! Probably the best nachos I’ve ever order. There were nachos covered with cheese, jalapeños, black beans, homemade salsa, tender seasoned chicken, sour cream and guacamole. The flavors melded so nicely. For entree I ordered Chicken Schnitzel. It was breaded chicken covered with brown mushroom gravy, with roasted beets and mashed potatoes on the side. Everything was excellent! The breading was delicious! My wife ordered the hanger steak with Demi glaze with mashed potatoes, street corn on the cob and asparagus. The steak was sooooo tender and tasty! The prices were were not too bad. The service was efficient and friendly and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere with music. Unfortunately, there was no live band when we were there. This restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lots of parking on the street as well as an attached parking lot. I hope word spreads about how good this restaurant is! They’ve been open for only a few months. I wish them much success! We will definitely be going back!!!

located about 10 minutes outside of Princeton's main street sits this building which actually holds 2 other venues inside - sorta like a food hall the establishment was roomy w a free parking lot and street parking. today, Sunday, had live music w a lady singing w her guitar - pretty cool. the inside was very modern looking w industrial decors, well lit, and bi-level w ample seatings. the Cafe was located on the 1st floor straight back. friendly staff on site and also over the phone when we placed our order. we went w the breakfast wrap and breakfast burrito - both came w home potatoes (fries). they both were delicious. hearty and healthy, especially the wrap which had spinach and avocado. the burrito was a bit heavier w rice & beans but not too crazy heavy. the home potatoes definitely hit the spot. fried perfectly and not overly greasy. overall the prices and what you paid for was very reasonable, especially for farm to table type of setting. would recommend!

We had our son’s Baptism party this past weekend at Hopewell Farmer’s Cafe and it was perfect. Miguel help us pick a menu for ~25 people. The food was amazing and the service was very good. Camila and team were very attentive and very accommodating for such a big group. My favorite dish was the Chicken Mole Enchildas and the al Pastor Nachos! Thank you!!

Good avocado toast and enjoyed the Mediterranean breakfast as well. Also good coffee and bread/pastries by Sourland Bread. I came back for dinner and enjoyed the burrata salad and empanadas. They have local music on the weekends as well. A couple suggestions: add paper towels to the bathroom, change out the faucet heads and add more room in the bathroom for a stroller to fit easier (garbage can and basket are in the way). Add hours of operation for each vendor inside. Some people wanted coffee but the coffee shop was closed.
